As you can see on page 3 of the test results, before the test only 48.28% of these vehicles would have passed an emissions test in the State of Illinois where HC (hydrocarbons, unburnt gasoline) readings could not be above 200 ppm (parts per million). Immediately after our service, 92.86% of these same vehicles not only passed the State of Illinois test but they would have passed the State of California test where maximum HC readings must be below 100 ppm and that was only using our first 2 chemicals.
