E-Clip Instruction Sheet GM Quick Disconnect Instruction Sheet 1/2 GM Quick Disconnect Tool Designed for use on late-model GM and 2005-forward Chrysler vehicles that utilize a 1/2 quick connect fitting to join the transmission cooling line to the radiator. This special tool quickly and easily detaches the cooler line from the radiator fitting, without removal of the E-Clip. Packaged 5 per kit. Please note that many vehicles utilize 1/2 quick connect fittings to join the oil cooler line to the radiator. Always make sure that you are accessing the transmission cooler line when performing a transmission fluid exchange service.
